If this is your first visit with Winding Willow Acupuncture & Wellness, be on the lookout for confirmation e-mails from ChARM so that you can register as a new patient and fill out the new patient paperwork.

Definitions for Cancelled Appointments

Late Cancellation (LC): Appointment that is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. For Monday appointments, any notification after the close of business on Friday will be considered less than 48 hours.

 

Medical Services

PLEASE NOTE: Our providers need at least 48 Hours Notice for Any Cancellation.
It is very difficult to fill cancellation spots with notice of less than 48 hours.

In the event of a No Show or Late Cancellation the patient will receive a notification reminding them of our policy and,

Winding Willow Acupuncture & Wellness may assess a charge of:

$100 Acupuncture/Massage.

For this purpose we may hold your credit card on file, and/or send an invoice for the No Show/Late Cancellation charge.

If a patient has three No Shows or Late Cancellations within a six-month period of time, they may released from our care.

 

For New Patients:

a. If the initial appointment is a No Show or Late Cancellation, the new patient will receive a reminder of our policy,

as mentioned above.

b. If a new patient has a second No Show or Late Cancellation for an initial appointment,

we may choose to not take this person on as a patient.
