Acupuncture

Intuitive Therapy & Reiki
Holding space for healing and a return to wellness with intuitive talk therapy and energy work. Our intuitive therapist and Reiki providers have different styles. One including talk therapy with social work background as well as energy work.
Reiki is a form of energy healing that empowers the hands with the the healing power of Ki. It requires no natural healing/intuitive ability, particular beliefs or exercise, and is transferred from teacher to student. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.
Physical Therapy
This approach blends hands-on physical treatment techniques - including myofascial release, visceral mobilization, craniosacral therapy, and much more - with therapeutic modalities - such as Internal Family Systems, visualization, and meditation - to help create relaxation and ease within the nervous system and body.
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic practice includes the following diagnostic and therapeutic modalities: clinical and laboratory diagnostic testing, nutritional medicine, botanical medicine, naturopathic physical medicine (including naturopathic manipulative therapy), public health measures, hygiene, counseling, minor surgery, homeopathy, acupuncture, prescription medication, intravenous and injection therapy, and naturopathic obstetrics (natural childbirth).
